★ Ergonomic English (USA/GB) IPA Keyboard.

★ Qwerty Keyboard, so you don't have to swap your input method every time.
★★ No INTERNET permission = No data/password can be sent out
★ To use it, you need to go to settings --> Language & input --> Check IPA Keyboard
Then, choose your input method, depending of your version it may be :
Android 2.x : press in the input box where you want to type. A menu will pop up, allowing you to select "Input method".
Android 4.x : tap in the notification bar when the the keyboard icon appears. The keyboard icon only appears when your cursor is inside an input field.
Warning : If you see rectangles instead of some letters, you need to install a Unicode fonts on your Android.
N.B. I don't have Android devices (I'm only emulating), so you are welcome to report me any bugs, or suggestion.
